✅ Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, the employee must:
Work for a foreign company that has a qualifying relationship with a Canadian entity (parent, subsidiary, branch, or affiliate)
Have worked full-time for at least 1 year in the last 3 years with a foreign company
I am transferring to Canada as a:
Executive
Senior Manager
Specialized Knowledge Worker

Faster processing through the Global Skills Strategy (for eligible roles)
Initial work permits valid for up to 1 or 2 years, with possible extensions
