Caregiver Canada Program

Canadaβs Caregiver Program provides foreign nationals with the opportunity to work in Canada as caregivers and eventually apply for permanent residency. This program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about caring for children, seniors, or people with medical needs, and who want to build a stable life in Canada.
β Program Options:
Home Child Care Provider Pilot
For those who care for children under the age of 18 in a private home.
Live-in is not mandatory.
Home Support Worker Pilot
For those who support seniors or individuals with disabilities or chronic illness in their homes.
π Eligibility Requirements:
A valid full-time job offer in Canada (from outside Quebec)
Language proficiency: CLB 5 in English or French
At least 1 year post-secondary education (Canadian or equivalent)
Relevant work experience or willingness to gain it
Willingness to work in a caregiving role on a full-time basis
