A Visitor Visa, also known as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), allows foreign nationals to enter Canada temporarily for tourism, family visits, or short-term business activities. A Visitor Record, on the other hand, is a document that extends or changes the conditions of your stay once you’re already inside Canada.

Who Needs It?
You need a TRV if:

Single or multiple-entry visa
